THE KARPOS APPROACHTHERAPY THAT MEETS THE WHOLE PERSON
At KARPOS, we believe effective therapy starts with understanding the person behind the concern. Your experiences, relationships, patterns, and circumstances all shape how you move through the world—and they deserve to be part of the conversation.
Our approach combines clinical expertise with curiosity, compassion, and honest conversation. We take the time to understand what brings you to therapy, explore what may be happening beneath the surface, and work together to determine what support makes the most sense for you.
Focused care for the experiences that bring you to therapy
People come to therapy for many different reasons. You may be navigating a major transition, working through grief, feeling disconnected in an important relationship, exploring intimacy, or simply recognizing that something in your life no longer feels sustainable.
KARPOS has intentionally developed a focused set of therapy specialties based on the areas where we have experience, training, and a genuine commitment to the work. Rather than trying to be everything to everyone, we focus on providing thoughtful care in the areas we know best.
