American Board of Christian Sex Therapists (ABCST) Member and Trainee Currently Under Consultation

As a Sex Therapy Associate, I specialize in supporting high-achieving professionals and couples who are deeply tired. My work is driven by the belief that professional success and personal well-being are intrinsically linked. I aim to create a space where individuals and teams can grow with purpose, resilience, and clarity. I'm intimately familiar with what success can cost—especially when burnout, disconnection, or major life transitions go unaddressed.

The challenges in the boardroom often mirror those in the bedroom. High stress, chronic conflict, and unprocessed emotions can quietly erode your ability to connect, experience intimacy, and find pleasure in relationships. The same traits that drive professional success—independence, control, and perfectionism—can become obstacles to emotional closeness and vulnerability in your personal life. My mission is to help you explore these tensions and find a path toward healing and deeper connection without fear or judgment.

I approach sex therapy with the belief that intimacy is more than just physical—it's deeply emotional, spiritual, and relational. My goal is to help you explore your desires, repair emotional injuries, and rediscover connection. Whether the focus is on professional identity, relational repair, or reclaiming joy and desire in your most intimate spaces, my mission is to help you grow with clarity, courage, and compassion so you can show up fully for the life and love you truly want.

Outside the office, Kathryn enjoys historical fiction, nurturing her flower beds, and staying active through regular workouts. You’ll find her most nights competing to win a board game over her husband and three children. These are moments she sees as an opportunity to teach her kids the importance of losing with grace and dignity.
